I'm sure the dumbs will find a way to capitalize on that, you know the party of "with enough taxes we can fix anything":read:

who's idea was it, did you read?

personally, as a fair skinned outdoors person the concept of more shade and riding through more woods is very appealing.

Way back when I was in school they used to hand out seedlings on arbor day.

Wife got a free peach tree seedling from the arbor day foundation. Fucking thing is 18 ft tall now. Time for a radical trim late winter.

More trees in our area than there was 100 years ago!!

which is where?

all the old growth trees up here in the Pinery were harvested to build Chicago and Detroit... what a waste of resources.  then they turned it into farmland to help feed and overpopulate the planet, which is now tilting because we've sucked up too much ground water, are driving heavy EVs and too many people are just plain fuckin fat...

right @Mag6240?

I'm just laughing at this whole mess... especially the part about republicans warming up to the notion of climate change or whatever label is felt to be applied to changes in the planet.

So with that, do you drive an EV, water your lawn or have an obesity issue?

I went to the Wisconsin Dells as a kid, and my dad used to take me to Lake Geneva? (I think that's what it was called) Good times!

As an adult I'd love to go to Crandon and see the truck races once in my life..

You ever go see that??
