It is estimated that Act 10 has saved Wisconsin 16.8 billion so far.  BTW, if there is a majority of dems on Wi supreme court, Act 10 may be in danger.

Right from the pocket of the working person and into the pocket of oligarchs and corporations.   More money flowing from the middle class to the ultra wealthy.

The whole gospel of unions and leftists can be summed up in a single sentence: Hate the man who is better off than you are. Never under any circumstances admit that his success may be due to his own efforts, to the productive contribution he has made to the whole community. Always attribute his success to the exploitation, the cheating, the more or less open robbery of others. Never under any circumstances admit that your own failure may be owing to your own weakness, or that the failure of anyone else may be due to his own defects, to his laziness, incompetence, improvidence or simple stupidity.

WRS currently has $128 billion in the core and variable funds. Performance is a little slow so far at 4.3%. I believe it’s the 11th largest pension fund in the world. Fully self funded and well managed.
