Most "steak houses" that you've been to aren't cooking with smoke or charcoal. Now what, little guy Again, has nothing to do with not knowing how to grill, it's about time true I am going to cook some filets i had in the freezer 2 minutes a side on the stove top with some olive oil salt and pepper, right into the over for 7 minutes, dollop of garlic compound butter on top- delish.

Skip the buffalo sauce and sprinkle on some S&P or Jax seasoning. However, they stink me up something fierce.

Lots of restaurants down there. And that place is one of the top 3 steak joints in the city. But $$$$ as hell!!!

Anler
My favorite places for steak are: 1. Mastros 2. Gibson's 3. Morton's on state 4. Gene and georgettis In no particular order. I wasn't overly impressed with Chicago cut.
