No they are not.  Here is a fact check that claims the vac was given to the most vulnerable.  It's references the same dataset but months earlier.

Are you quoting factcheck? The same factcheck that you rail against all the time? THE factcheck in your link that states:

"England began to offer the vaccine to clinically vulnerable 12 to 15-year-olds and those living with immunocompromised people in Aug. 2021 (here). The vaccine wasn’t offered to all 12 to 15-year-olds in England until Sept. 2021 (here). COVID-19 shots weren’t available for vulnerable children aged five to 11 until Jan. 30, 2022 (here)."

It's just the facts. 12-15 yr olds with cancer were able to take starting in August, healthy 12-15 yr olds not until Oct, 10 and 11 year olds not at all, and the data only runs through October. Must be a real big dataset with a timespan like that. 

Which by the way I still can't find. Lowest age bracket they go is 18-39. Thinking there's a good chance she fabricated the data.
