Finally

After planning for five years and looking at countless sheds from different suppliers the first step is done, stone pad went in today hopefully the new 14x28 "toy box/man cave" will be on-site within the next week

liked them but would need to have concrete slab to anchor them, went this route as it's not considered a permanent structure and therefore won't raise my already overly high property taxes

Ah ok I didnt realize that.  Thought a body could just anchor it to the ground?  We'd like some sort of a carport before winter gets here but damn the price of steel is high and it's a 6 month wait if you buy one right now till you get it.

paid cash, reduced my TNW by 17.5k, was a good year trucking hot oil:good:

50k btu ceiling mount Mr. Heater Big Maxx, got a 80K big Maxx in other shop ad works good without insulation, this should use minimal propane heating this being fully insulated

Very nice. Nothing better than a heated garage on cold and snowy night. TV and stereo to round things off. :)
