Top 3-4 cars qualify. 2 b-mains with a few more transfers. Non-qualifiers race with the choice of cash or start last in the main. 100 lap feature. Or something like that. Agreed. He had the ear of Nascar and would have continued to do so. I also think his fans would have transitioned over to his race teams and drivers more.
