I’m back to biking, running, yoga, hiking without restriction. Tiny 3” inch scar that’s barely visible. When he cut the femur head off it broke in two pieces. I opted for the ceramic/poly resurface. I was cleaning the gutters on my roof within two weeks of surgery. He was still gutting things out a month later. I think you’ll see stem cell knee procedures within the next 5 years. In hindsight I may need a hip replaced down the road so maybe I should have quit sooner. Arthritis is another issue. Every winter it’s worse in the cold.
