Of course Zillow is not a credible appraisal, but it does show a trend. Trump just announced the no eviction rule. Failure to abide can cost landlords up to $250,000. The host of the show said to him "You've changed your strategy from 2008"he stated the FED has changed completely and he was just making money from the changes.
