I know that, you know that, but they don't.

I guess that's kinda my point.

Well they are dumb as fuck and I’m tired of  discussing the how’s and why’s of the failure of capitalism. It’s better to just rub their nose in all this Trump socialism we have now. 10x more than Obama socialism !!!!

I just don’t like where this is headed and what it means for future generations

When the market crashed in '08, it happened overnight!!!

If I was you, I would start to liquidate a lot of the stuff you got, and literally put it under the mattress!!

No seriously, sell a lot of your stuff, and put the fukkin money in a safe in the cellar.

I could not liquidate my fukkin account in '08 it crashed so fast so hard. It took 8 fukkin years to come back. I had to ride out that storm for 8 fukkin years!!!

Thank God, I didn't need that money at that time.

I was gonna buy a boat, but I ain't buyin' NOTHING!!!!

I glopped two fukkin roofs, and so far no leaks. Fuck paying $10,000.00 for two new roofs. Maybe next year, but not now.

The country has a deathly pandemic, we have a race war ready to blow, and our presidential politics are the worst ever.

Yeah, the USA sucks Benny.

You losers are responsible for your own failures in life.

Do you really think you would be further ahead in any other system?

We are discussing the structural problems of capitalism, not our personal experiences with/in it.

But this seems to be a reoccurring theme with you, as I said before.

No, they started off middle-upper class and, with the help of their well-off parents, figured out how to game capitalism to make themselves rich.

Oh, OK.

Nobody said it was perfect.  Are there problems with it, yes.

Now, do you think the horseshit you are spewing would put you further ahead.

It’s not about us you brain dead fucking faggot.....it’s about those far less privileged than us who are being increasingly marginalized and left behind

You probably had more help than Bezo's so what's your excuse?  What is Ben's excuse?

Guy is brilliant, has balls, two things you two are missing.

That can happen but is due to multiple generations of prudent life choices. It’s available to everyone

Most don't have the smarts regardless.

I see more kids of wealthy parents blowing their inheritances on stupidity rather than growing it.

You can’t equalize intelligence. You can’t make stupid people rich.

I love how the Fed has literally eliminated borrowing restrictions and lowered rates to zero while main street institutions have tightened standards and made it tougher for everyday Americans to borrow

what a fucking joke this country is

At least on the RE side there has been no significant tightening of credit except for those with low credit scores.  680 score we are still letting you spend 55% of your income on debt.  620-680 we tighten a bit.  if your under that your a credit criminal and prob shouldn't be borrowing any money.

I’ve been reading articles about tightening for 2 months now....I haven’t tried to borrow anything in quite a while but I’d like to refinance late this year. Hopefully it’s like 2008 easy!!!

2006-2007 was the end of easy.   People out off work are kind of screwed now until they are back and the self employed has tightened up because there is no way to trust their business is viable.  Time is the biggest issue now in getting them closed.  Can't hire enough bodies as we can't train from scratch remote otherwise i'd have hired 6 out of work english majors from UNH to start after they graduated.     we usually average 400 million a month with a low of 2 and high of 6 depending on month.  We did almost 900 million in July and August should be bigger
