It took 8 fukkin years to come back. I had to ride out that storm for 8 fukkin years!!! Thank God, I didn't need that money at that time. I was gonna buy a boat, but I ain't buyin' NOTHING!!!! I glopped two fukkin roofs, and so far no leaks. Fuck paying $10,000.00 for two new roofs. Maybe next year, but not now. No, they started off middle-upper class and, with the help of their well-off parents, figured out how to game capitalism to make themselves rich. I’ve been reading articles about tightening for 2 months now....I haven’t tried to borrow anything in quite a while but I’d like to refinance late this year. Hopefully it’s like 2008 easy!!! People out off work are kind of screwed now until they are back and the self employed has tightened up because there is no way to trust their business is viable. Time is the biggest issue now in getting them closed. Can't hire enough bodies as we can't train from scratch remote otherwise i'd have hired 6 out of work english majors from UNH to start after they graduated. we usually average 400 million a month with a low of 2 and high of 6 depending on month. We did almost 900 million in July and August should be bigger
