Like she said there is no law... just tradition for the media. Didn't he say he wanted to change that status quo already for that type of thing. Isn't it his prerogative, Obama threw a curve ball for his security detail when he was in Ottawa and stopped at a fast food place unplanned to get his kids a couple of cookies and then an unplanned stop in Byward Market to get a beaver tail.
