Zambroski Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Let’s pretend for a minute that there ISN’T a highly contagious pandemic in the world right now and air travel would be the fastest way to spread it out but, my wife just got off her flight from Duluth to Minneapolis, five people on board. MSP to ATL was less than 20. She said it was a scene out of the movies. Can somebody post that, “money machine go brrrrrrrrr” pic here? F3600 Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 I don't think they want to cancel the flights currently because that would mean refunding passengers. Most of what is flying now was purchased over 1 or more months ago. Hell, my wife and daughter had an American flight into LA back on 3/22, days prior California had went into a shelter in place, business closed, and destination/hotels closed. But they didn't cancel the flight. We called to cancel and best we'll get is vouchers. Ez ryder Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 yep same with most flights. was talking with a customer yesterday who has a biz traveling with old people usually vacations weddings etc . she is slamming it on this start up btw. but she said she is now flooded with calls to get people's mom's/ dads etc to there kids homes . name your price type of stuff . she said she has flown out of msp 8 times on the last 2 weeks and never more than 20 people on a jet fucking joke . we said she took a red eye from NY to limit being exposed to many people 5 fucking passengers. more people working than flying . and worse they ar e giving tix away now Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's like they want to lose money so they can get some of that sweet government stimulus. The regional carriers that fly under the Delta brand have cancelled many of their flights to places like IND. Despite being quoted and recorded saying our borders have closed, Xiamen Air has NEVER stopped.
