Well the big bang didn't create the universe, it's the label of the model we use to describe the early moments of the universe. We also have demonstrable evidence that supports the big bang model, uniformity, background radiation, observation of expansion, ect. While it certainly contains “models of reality” and “facts” and presents a valid explanation, many are still just theoretical. Many large scale theories (stars, solar systems, black holes, ToolKits, etc) aren’t actually considered scientific law because they cannot be accurately recreated and observed to enforce their full theory.
