They have been for a while, but we did not have the internet, so we have not been aware of what's going on, all over America. My advise to any of my friends is to be CAUTIOUS in all you do, and CAUTIOUS of people you don't know. A person standing next to you in a store or parking lot, or anyplace, could literally go ballistic in a heartbeat, for no reason at all. Many people that have been attacked, were totally innocent!!!
