Most of 2020 is getting filled and it looks like another all time high. Sales wise 2019 was up about 10%. 2020 is not starting off very well but I know there are alot of things in the hopper so hard to tell how it will end up. But I know the budgets for 2020 and they all expire in 2020. 2021 will be interesting.

I retired because I had planned to go at 55 but work also had a big part of that decision as the place was being run by a bunch of idiots that drove me nuts. 3 people I worked with retired sooner than they had hoped/planned due to the same idiots that I was dealing with. The biggest idiot of all is no longer a supervisor and has no crew to look after. They gave him a job as an individual contributor, if you can imagine that. Same pay and only responsible for himself. I bet the idiot can't even do that!! It is a good feeling....57 now and toying with the idea of working another 3 to 5 years. In 3 and a half years a new work contract is due, pension went up nearly 400 a month on last contract, so may stick around to see what new one may offer. And if I decide to go 5 , can collect SS early at the same time as pension for a little icing on the cake. But on the same token, I'd like to retire early enough to gobble up a nice chunk of the pension. Congrats on your retirement Irv! Did well a couple years ago on the hype trading these but now got stuck on recent trades and they are all in the red in my portfolio. I think very few companies will make it in this field. A co-worker cashed out some of his 401k to buy dozens of these stocks.....Hit on AXIM that went from .20 something cents to almost 20 dollars in the matter of several weeks. He was up over 200k on a couple thousand dollars invested. But was a complete fool and held and it is now back to .30 +last time I checked.....he gave it all back. 1 hour ago, ArcticCrusher said: Thread carefully, many of these companies are the next dot com. Agreed.....I held a few and will let ride as a lottery ticket but most likely will go bust 13 minutes ago, frenchy said: The legal weed sales in Canada are 90% off what Trudeau the fucking idiot projected they’d be in year one. Never realized you worked with some members of this site I'll be 47 in 5 weeks from this coming Saturday. I'm hoping to retire at 58. 62 at the very latest. I'd have 33 years in at 58. 37 at 62. That will be a nice pension, on top of what I've invested. Edited January 3, 2020 by SVT MXZ XRS
