I can agree with that, but if you are not growing today there is a problem within your business.  today the environment is very good regardless of who made it.

My business is 95% outside of Canada.  I don't give credit to any government for that, although I will criticize them when they put measures in place that will harm businesses and expansion.

Typical fail can't understand the concept... okay so we'll put it in terms you will understand... he takes 1.5% of less of your money in one tax but then takes 3% of your money in other taxes. Net loss to you with less of your money in your pocket.

He's on the same level as you when it comes to understanding anything financial. No understanding period. After Trudope caught everyone by surprise, even his own cabinet by telling the provinces they had until 2018 to implement a carbon tax or he would do it for them the Premier of Saskatchewan asked him if he had done an economic impact assessment and Trudope simply said NO. When asked if he would... the same answer... NO.

Trudeau in 1 1/2 years gave 1 1/2 percent tax break to small business - no going to do a dam thing worst PM ever

 

on that note corp tax rate has dropped from insane 50% to 26% since  1981 TRICKLE DOWN THEORY -  our debt went from 90 billion to 390 billion under Mulroney, massive unemployment and recession

Bottom line is we will pay more for EVERYTHING we buy as manufacturers, consumers or service providers. The BS carbon tax will bring in a lot more tax $'s than a small tax cut to SMALL BUSINESS. Don't forget all the scrambling damage control and back peddling Trudope is doing right now around small, medium tax changes. As an example he was about to make it next to impossible for a farmer to pay his family for work on the farm and then tax changes would make it difficult if not impossible to sell the farm to the kids to continue on.

That isn't what is happening.  How many businesses start with a family member loaning or taking a mortgage on their home.  The banks sure as hell won't help.   There is risk taken from more than just one if the business fails.  So if a parent loans out 1 mil to his kid to start a business, he should not get a return when the business can pay out dividends?  Over 10 years that 1 mil would easily be worth over 2 mil, now the government will tax that at the highest rate rather than his personal rate.  How is that helping businesses get started.
