Dog in the park start barking and running towards cop. Fucking pig unloads his pistol at the running dog spraying bullets everywhere and kills the woman who had been sleeping in the grass. The article I read, and this going back years ago , before everything was racist. Police force in Ohio was predominantly white, citizens predominately black . The elected officials demanded a diversified force. Police: A lot of the black applicants can not pass the exam. Then lower the standards so they can pass.
