Its just something that has been battled for years and doesnt seem to get better no matter what is tried. Thats why I think there needs to be serious talk about ending the drug war. Its not just the drug war anymore, gangs are seriously tied to human/sex trafficking now as well. Likely a product of the legalization of marijuana. Its what gave birth to the American Mafia during prohibition. I think everyone agrees human sex trafficking is despicable. Legalize all drugs and sell them so cheap the gangs and cartels can't compete. Sadly we got a lot of sick fuckers that love the sex product being offered.
