What bothers him most is the quality of the drugs destined for Africa because they're even worse than the drugs being sent to our market. And in fact, you know, the company had such a callous disregard for its patients in the developing world that when another U.S. executive brought up the issue of the quality of the HIV drugs for Africa, she was told by a medical director of the company, who cares?
