Exclusive poll: Young Americans are embracing socialism

Young Americans are indoctrinated in the ways of Socialism from K-12.  This ramps up considerably once they get to college.  No surprise they trend that way.

Of course, globalization and capitalism has reduced poverty and hunger to the lowest points they've been at any time in history... but yeah... socialism...

Complete bullshit.....technology did this. Not capitalism.

Oh please please tell me how capitalism is responsible for technology

Globalization, i.e. more people working and contributing to the global economy, has little to do with technology and more to do with free trade (capitalism).

Now if you want to make the argument that reduced levels of starvation are due to technology, I'll grant you that there's an element of this here when looking at things like GMOs, modern farming/harvesting techniques, etc.  But even that technology, and basically all the technology you enjoy on a daily basis, is a result of capitalism.  Open markets and profit motives are the two biggest enablers/creators of technology.

Socialism doesn't create shit like Google, Facebook, the IPhone, etc.  Socialism just creates starving people.

Efficiency is due to technology.....technology has directly increased the quality of life.

Capitalism creates nothing, labor creates all. People created all these things and they're made by labor.

Capitalism just dictates who gets paid. Usually it's those working the least.

It's a very simple economic principle.  Labor in absence of capitalism leads to poor efficiency, substandard shitty products, lack of choices for consumers, and eventual shortages of the most basic essentials.  Markets and relative value decisions make the world go round.

Capitalism isn't created equal across the world. Nor is it an indicator of quality of life. America is probably the largest country of the capitalistic variety yet more than 1 in 6 are on some form of psych med. The world's biggest consumer.

Capitalism is the motivator though. The only thing communism motivated was mass death. Labour without direction produces nothing
