Just save it.  You convince no one.  Your Schtick of telling everyone how dumb they are or accusing them of being afraid to voice their real opinions is beyond tired and stale.

spare you from the truth?

it doesn’t matter that he dislikes Trump.  He’s wrong.  Interim appointments and “temp” positions don’t need to go through a senate confirmation process.  There are provisions that limit powers though.

BTW, this is also why Muller’s appointment for his wasteful investigation is also constitutional. Again, limited powers.

that isn't the argument, at least in the article i read yesterday. it said the interim must have been approved by the senate for something, not necessarily this role.

It still doesn’t make sense.  There’s “approval” and then there’s a “confirmation”.process.

There’s no way the Senate is letting Trump just do whatever he fuck he wants without direction and approval even if passively given.

Wait so does this mean we believe what constitutional "scholars" say?   Like Alan Dershowitz?

Dershowitz: Constitution won't let Democrats impeach Kavanaugh

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/alan-dershowitz-the-constitution-wont-permit-democrats-to-impeach-brett-kavanaugh

"The Constitution would not permit impeachment of a sitting justice for actions he took while a private citizen 35 years ago, nor would it permit using the laws of perjury, which are very tough," Dershowitz said Monday during an interview with Fox News.

Dershowitz On Special Counsel: The Investigation Should End

I’m a little confused here. If a vacancy is opened in a department, someone fills that void as an interim head. How is this any different than any other position in an other department? You simply can’t shut the Justice Department down. He isn’t the new AG, he is taking on the responsibilities until a duly confirmed official is appointed. There has to be some sort of continuity. This seems like a stretch. Should there be limitations on his power as acting AG? I would say yes, but to not have anyone in charge would seem like a very extreme way of looking at this.

Ya ......like he hasnt found any collusion.

this is the last time i'm addressing your ignorance on this topic. collusion is going to be the least of trump's worries. if all mueller was after was a lame collusion charge, that wouldn't go anywhere because of the senate, he would have stopped at the trump tower meeting. this runs much deeper than that. the fact that you can't see all the obstruction of justice things trump has done, when added to all the other obvious things, really exemplifies your stupidity dude. if trump had nothing to hide he'd wouldn't be doing what he is doing. now stfu.

This.

We can look at every single change of cabinet in the history of this country and for some period of time between the old and new moving, there was an interim head. If I’m missing something here, by all means...
