Even killed two bystanders. Limo was not supposed to be on road.............failed inspections. Company owner in my opinion should be pounded by family members. Many people simply do not care about the law or anything else. We will see VIGILANTISM in the years to come. No one was wearing a seat belt and looks like most of the windows were knocked out of the Limo. Looks like it rolled a couple times too. Wheels knocked completely off the axle.
