The Provincial debt does not measure growth of the economy, it has nothing to do with it You can't have low unemployment where workplaces can't even find an applicant without a great economy - So yes Doug has a great economy for his first year hE WILL BRAG and make a slogan about it like it just happened because of him - you cheer Matter of fact an extra BILLION in taxes from last years spending unexpected but when the economy is rolling people spend Did you catch his rally for standing ovations over subways - going to be fun and I hope he digs everywhere 24 hours a dya No one is disputing the debt we all know the numbers ( well you guys deny Conservative ones) Edited March 28, 2019 by 1trailmaker

Platinum Contributing Member Blackstar Posted March 29, 2019 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted March 29, 2019 Doug cancelled the Poolsaver Program last week. For those that never heard of it, the Poolsaver program gave a $400 rebate to swimming pool owners who upgraded their single speed pump to a variable speed pump which uses less hydro. Even though I profited by it, this was a ridiculous program. The pumps pay for themselves (by reducing hydro consumption) in less than 5 years. Where was the need to offer an additional incentive? Not to mention pools are a luxury item. Go Doug.
