I will bet you $100 that we do.  If I win, you will have to donate your $100 to the FOP Wasilla branch.  Our boys need some new gear and uniforms.

No.....I'm betting that we do and when I win you will donate my $100 to the following charity

I'd probably just send the $100 directly to you so you could buy something nice for your wife.  :bc:

Yea sure.

Ummm, hold on a second.  So in addition to brakes you need front wheel bearings?  Dang.   How many miles that old girl got one her now?

180k....I dont "need" them per se. If it was my work car I'd run these for another 20k but I noticed there is a little tick when you spun the bearing so it's going to fail sooner than later. Its apart so I might as well change them.

Well 180k is a good run.  I thought it had 60k or something.

Shocking how good condition ofsome of the original parts is still. This car is in far better mechanical shape than a domestic sports car would be after 1/3rd the miles. No rattles , everything tight interior wise etc.

I've been thinking of getting another beater to leave down in Vegas/Havasu area.  A little 2 door convertible in the 2002-2007 range.  Some little POS that to the average dipshit looks like a baller mobile but for anyone who know anything, they know its really a piece of shit.   There are a shit ton of them.

BMW Z4  https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/ctd/d/las-vegas-2005-bmw-z4-2dr-roadster-25i/6894820844.html

Porsche Boxter https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/d/henderson-2002-porsche-boxster/6881797553.html

350Z https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/ctd/d/las-vegas-2004-nissan-350z-convertable/6885950688.html

Solstice Roadster https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/d/las-vegas-luxury-car-for-sale/6888985698.html

Between Vegas, Phoenix, Pal Springs there are a shit load of these little cars around for short money.  They are total junk but the open air cockpit would be fun in the fall and spring.

I'd opt for any of those aside from the solstice.

Nasdaq into correction....rest of the indices right behind it. All data ugly and getting uglier.

Don't worry the government is here to protect wall street with a rate cut.

All the pull themselves up by their bootstraps types can't get enough government teat.

Farmers, bankers, traders are all about independence until they start losing.

I rest sound knowing that it was a fed promising intervention in a failing economy that provided today's gains

That's a recipe for fail

Youve been hoping for the markets to crash since this thread started.  Sorry to disappoint you.
