  4. Residential real estate is just one part of real estate. Commercial, retail, rentals will have little fallout to what happens to the residential market. I would thread carefully on residential, that said apartment rentals are expected to increase another 8% in 2020.

  20. There are smart stats for I floor heating that use a floor sensor and cascade the control to heat the floor to a set temp and then the room. Your standard nest/ Honeywell doesn't incorporate the floor sensor so they can only operate wide open.
