You should have walked when they wanted your SS # , on a bank check. Even the cash part is BS.... they have to report larger than $10k cash amounts.....but even that can be circumvented.
  4. Diesel ouch.... $5.59 this afternoon It's about 50 percent more than gasoline. Starting to question if diesel vehicles have any cost savings......
  5. Just a realist that can barely swim.... Better feeling watching a Striker on the Hatteras. Going down should be recreational
  6. Pass..... Plenty of them went down 👇 in the 70's..... Aluminum , dissimilar metals and salt water, great combination
  7. Overlook Motel in Eagle Lake, Maine is for sale ... I might be interested if the #'s work. Have you stayed there? Trail access, was it decent? Were you happy with the place / location,? Any idea how long this place has " really" been for sale ? Happy to see any comments, just found it listed a couple hours back ... Sometimes there's plenty of dirt swept under the rug, if you know where to look. Thanks
  8. And, his campaign took no heat from any veterans groups.... Tall Tales are perfectly acceptable in a blue community
  9. No rational person would want, nor place a snowmobile trail through the middle of a ski resort. Snowmobiles don't fair well with vehicular or pedestrian traffic. resoryv
  10. Actually myself +family are large landowners, 500 or so acres.... And, grandparents were shaken by the powers to be to string hi tension power lines through it. Do you want to fly into our private air strip with near by hi tension wires? Power lines were a screwing... Gas mains were negotiated with a positive cash flow.... Sorry, but the United States Supreme Court in Kelo v. City of New London allows wider takings. Their ruling allows property from private landowners taken and allocated to others. Lost 1st response......it was more elaborated, but system crashed.
  11. So, it's wrong to use because it has unyielding force? Wake up and fight business & lawyers the same way they walk on small people... This would be a direct path to get permeant trails.. Canada is very pro trails,. We could be if we took the bull by the horns + kicked it in the balls.
  12. Time to play hard ball ..... No wussy stuff begging + groveling for access that you could take! Yes, the community / Economic Development Commission can take your trails back legally through Eminent Domain .. Ugly words, but the US Supreme Court backed the EDC in taking citizens homes for commercial development for Pfizer pharmaceuticals..... Bet the resorts don't want to hear those words.
  13. Starvation ... Easy. !!!!! Swordfish was $27 a pound 2 days ago... What's dropping? Prices increases as a percentage are shocking. Food commodities reflect the price of crude oil. Wait till we see the long term effects of the droughts.

POR 15 Tips…. Por 15 is unique to itself….. forget about what you know about other paints. 1.) NEVER use product directly from can; unless you plan to use it all that day. 2.) Open can, masking tape rim to keep clean. 3.) Remove product with a coffee can ladle, or new turkey baster. Blast air out & always suck product in to lessen contamination. Work from a Glass / Stainless Steel Bowl. 4.) Never let water into paint can, it will destroy product. 5.) Store opened cans in FREEZER – Shelf life is in years. Just found / opened a jar found from 2/2010. Stuff worked fine. Cold stops product from drying 6.) Cover Meniscus with Saran wrap, & cover top of can with Saran wrap before reinstalling cover. * Gallon Cans – Use what you need, save surplus in new 1 Quart steel cans in freezer. – Will get more storage life. To answer more of your questions, Open POR15CANADA.com….. great site with technical bulletins. Company operates from CA & Burlington, VT. Been using PORCANADA.COM since 2000, happy with the service Pat delivers. Great Product support & Staff. Strange drying properties... sprays good, must thin with their solvents. climbs vertical easily with air tip...
  15. Wow.... 124 miles then the JP8 fueled turbine starts to run the generator, to power the electric motors ... How is that going green,? And a 5 million dollar equity stake .. what a joke... A new turbo prop costs more than that.

Yes, the Democrats are pushing. . they need a political life boat and jacket... If I've learned nothing else from local politics, Religion is taboo to touch .... Know where the land mines are, and not step in them... Abortion is a political land mine, that the GOP doesn't seem to acknowledge, and enjoys stomping through the barn yard. I was taught early on, not to take our Hatteras into shallow or rocky areas.... Our politicians ought to learn where NOT to go, also. The waters are too expensive for everyone.
  17. That sled too. Was ahead of its time
  18. It was a beautiful morning at the marina.....till we heard it on the radio ... Sad that I had alumni in the towers and on the plane that crashed It's been an uglier day since then

Wow.... We're going to be Politically Correct and kind to child abusers? How sick has this bleeding heart country become?
  20. Greatly surprised that they didn't offer pre season 2024 orders to boost marketing hype. . . . Maybe they want to maximize market pull, verses selling out the entire 2024 production this afternoon?
  21. Success will be how well the market responds... Test the waters. .... Hope AC takes orders this Fall. I'm game to order one.
  22. It must have been a shock to the consumer, to see the first belt drive Hog. Ok, a stone crusher has belts and a hundred hp electric motor... Bigger diesel powered wood chippers in the thousand HP range still use belts Industrial / factory machines are full of belts....and their not going away.
  23. Ok, Harley Davidson has ran belts, over chain since the mid ,80's.... Spiders + Slingshot s use belts... Stone crushers have wide sheave pulleys + run many belts... While I'd rather a gear case, or chain case, I'm sure Gates can build a suitable belt to an OEM spec requirements.
