The growth rate in 2018 (when many of Trump’s tax cuts went into effect) was 2.85% with $779 billion deficit while in 2015 the growth rate was 2.88% with $439 billion deficit.

And in the first quarter of 2019, the growth rate was 3.1% with an $896 billion projected deficit for the year.

No mention of Congress and their inability to balance a budget or cut spending? I sure can’t wait for Biden to win so he can fix all this!!!!

Nobody has any real concern about it. Its talking points from the side that's not in charge. That will all change when 1600 penn ave swaps hands.

Trump did promise to cut the deficit. He’d cut it with tax cuts.

Curious.   What candidate, currently running for President has a debt/deficit reduction plan that you actually believe has a chance to work?

I mean most of the dem candidates are proposing new programs in excess of $3,000,000,000,000 (Trillion) a year and that's just in 2 programs....Medicare for all and tuition free college.

Spare us the concern for the national debt.

Please elaborate what growth and debt would have been without the tax cuts?

So which one of your favorite candidates has a viable plan.  Got a link to it.
