Being in good shape is about the only thing she has going for her these days. She is an old ugly hag, married to a guy 25 years younger than she is. She really isn't in that good a shape actually. She is an anorexic old bag. Was he supposed to say; "you look very beautiful today", "you look lovely today", "it's very nice to see you today", "it's and honor to see you today, "my eyes are burning right now", "holy fuck, what happened to you", "my god you married up".......... Being faced with a situation like this many men would be woefully unprepared. Seems to me Trump recovered quite well with "you're in such good shape".........
