favoritos
ZR ski shocks are 1" shorter on Catalyst. The AC5 are spec'd to the Catalyst and any old sled they would fit. The Catalyst skids are amazingly similar to the Procross.

PC C2C for an RR/RXC extended length is 18.38" Catalyst RXC is 17.29" C2C Very similar in the skid... figured I'd throw the entire list together. Catalyst ZR AC5 Ski Shocks - Center to center extended length is 17.28" (439mm) 4703-348 & 349 Catalyst Riot AC5 Ski Shocks - Center to center extended length is 16.30" (414mm) 4703-416 & 417 Catalyst M AC5 Ski Shocks - Center to center extended length is 16.33" (414.78mm) 4703-164 & 165 Catalyst Riot AC5 Rear Arm Shock - 3704-872 2019-2025 M Riot X 146/165 AC5 Rear Arm Shock - 3704-873 2014-2025 XF/ZR 129 & 137 AC5 Rear Arm Shock - 3704-870 2015-2025 Riot ZR 129/146 AC5S Front Arm Shock - 3704-874 2016-2025 M Riot XF-HC 141/165 AC5S Front Arm Shock - 3704-869 for $250-$275 per shock these seem worth a try for anyone who got non-adjustable IFP's on their 2024's
wrinkly balls
Does cat make these at the factory or are they made in Tuktoyaktuk?
Cat45
They look like a Chinese knock off of a real shock. Anybody seen any details or any reviews of them? Who actually makes them?

Maybe they are like the super cheesey EvilPay rezzie shocks where the rezzie is just a chuck of cast that does nothing.

Might have to sell some Norman county gravel on the black market to get a set

The ac5 sounds interesting that's a bargain... maybe wait until Hygear or Elka announces something, or just upgrade to an 858 RXC with good shocks. hopefully they'll have the calibrations and clutching dialed in by the time you're ready? I found a full set of elka stage 5 for procross 137 1400 for all 4. Might be worth picking up if the rears fit and selling off the fronts

Not greg b
10 minutes ago, Crnr2Crnr said: are you actually keeping that heap? Yeah. the way the market is you would have to sell a used catalyst that has been road for 8500 to make it worth it for someone to buy. You can get a carry over for 11 now. It’s slightly cheaper than full set of the rxc qs3 for the catalyst from cat after the exchange rate
