Radical liberals didn't propose making taxpayers fund gender reassignment surgery, it's just how health insurance funding works and it is already happening. It was actually radical right wingers that proposed a bill to end the use of taxpayer funding for these kinds of surgeries earlier this year, and it went nowhere because it was stupid and ignores how health insurance works just like you're doing.
