Had to keep them all contained. Conservatives didn’t want to educate the black male and the Dems didn’t want to admit that a matriarchal family system meant disaster. Sen Moynihan laid out a beautiful solution to the rising problem in his book, The Negro Family. Educate and equip the black male to be competitive in society. Unfortunately America has never wanted a strong black male. It’s a historical truth.

yes nothing to do with the culture they have created for themselves.   all white mans fault they do not value family, education or success.  Meanwhile every other group comes here works hard and works with each other to advance their society in this country.  Fuck as much as we need to ban muslims they come here and do well for themselves their values just don't fit in judeo christian country.

We can disagree on the root cause, but that doesn’t matter at this juncture. The inner city issues are permeating all of society. The cultural differences are quickly blending into each other. There’s no political solution at this point. Fences aren’t going to work and neither are more laws.

The trauma a kid in the inner city experiences is life changing. Seeing countless dead bodies, experiencing shootings, lootings, and the stress of daily danger changes their reactions and perceptions of the world permanently.  Only a handful will make it out.

Those with solid involved parent or parents, have a much better chance.  I don’t have to tell you……show me a child abuser and Ill show you a adult who was abused as a child. It is a vicious cycle. There are no laws we can pass to fix broken people .  Race, economic status, gender, does not guarantee a good parent. No question in my mind, men not stepping up to be dads, blended families has had a negative impact on society.
