Platinum Contributing Member Jimmy Snacks Posted October 25, 2023 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted October 25, 2023 So buy a Summit and change the A Arms, change the gearing, install a T Motion Delete and lose the 2.5” track and you got yourself one helluva trail sled! 🤔😂🤓

I'd rather just get a Freeride or a Backcountry. Loved my Backcountry, most versatile sled Doo makes imo. I’ve been eyeballing a few of those on Marketplace….then again I’m also eyeballing XCR SB Bailers, Freerides, SP 500’s and the occasional Sidewinder!😂🥴 2

Seen it done The Polaris IGX Skid is uncoupled and works really well on trail and I hear the Doo C Motion is pretty good too…a coupled skid is better of course. Loved my 2018, other than it got to be a bit of a handful in the truly tight & twisty stuff when riding at a pretty good clip. For everything else ... forest roads, wider trails, lakes, rivers, etc, the Assault was flat out awesome!!

Back in the 90s and 2000s we were weekend warriors and use to primarily ride in the Muskokas north of Toronto. You couldnt leave trail at all. I hated riding there near the end. Too much traffic and cops.
