let's pretend it's 2015 again, Donald Trump is not a candidate but you have seen the future (the past eight years) and need to pick a candidate who aligns with your values which you hope to see hold office for two terms.  

Who would it be?

Mock his chances at your own peril.  Highly unlikely the economy is steamrolling in Nov 24 and a huge number of American's vote with their wallet.   He leads poll numbers on the economy over Biden by almost 20 points.

I meant to click Kasich and accidentally clicked Huckabee, went and deleted him from the poll, added him back in and can't revote.  So whatever Kasich gets add a +1

yet more and more people, every day are saying that they don't want Biden and/or Trump... so if not Trump for 2016 which republican candidate would have best guided the ship through COVID and the economic situation which which followed?

Well if not Reagan in 1980 then who? :lol:   I've stated in other posts who I think should be the nominee but American simply isn't ready for that type of POTUS.  People like war and spending too much.
