‘It’s not a pretty picture’: Russia’s support is growing in the developing world

That is unfortunate.
If Ukraine does fall to the invasion, and they get dug in, it will be much harder to push them back to pre 2010 borders.

Seems we learned nothing from history.
The Nazis ran over Europe in 1939/1940.
It took 5 years of blood, sweat and tears to push them back…with Russian help.

This would be no different.

We have learned nothing, Western Democracies.

Canada lost under 200 soldiers in Afghanistan, in 15 years. On D day Canada lost that many in under 5 minutes

Some of the doves around here must have cut history class..

There’s a peace settlement around the corner, but not just yet. The plan is to deplete Russia’s resources to a point where they have a long uphill battle to recover. America is still still playing catch up from the global war on terror. The force structure and new weapons became more geared toward hunting terrorists than wrestling with a state to state level war. Ukraine has allowed the US to catch up with ridding itself of old weapon stocks while giving it a test tube for new weapons. It’s a win win. Harsh realities of being human.

It would seem so but it rather appears the Russians set a trap for them there. Let them come in and get smashed. The ukis don't really have anything left now.

Don't worry, NATO will come up with something to get involved. If Ukraine was doing as well as we have been told we wouldn't be having these discussions.

An 8 month trap that’s been a slaughterhouse for the Russians . Effective trap.

You've been right up to this point, I have no reason not to believe you this time.

Bahkmut has been a 5:1 kill ratio in favor of Ukraine. They'll take 10 more eight month long Bakhmuts with those numbers.

:smack:

It's fine that you and others don't think it's any of our business helping Ukraine, but cheering Russia over Ukraine is the most ass-backwards thing ever.

When NATO comes out from behind the curtain then you will know I was right once again...

You seem to watch and reference it more than anyone here, you tell us.

13 months in, going just like Russia’s original two week plan.

You have to be right once to be right again. And what is the reference to NATO being behind the curtain? Is this a reference to soldiers on the front lines fighting?

Mexico president yesterday said we live under oligarchy controlled by a few and not a democracy.

Yet the morons still can't put two and two together.

Lol, so the Mexican president is your new reference on what is happening in the US.  And you tell us to wake up, lol

The problem in Ukraine is 85% USA.

How about they fuck off.

That’s not behind the curtain, what is?

And your right, both sides are getting slaughtered. Russian taking 5:1 casualties because they’ve been *trying* for eight months to take bakhmut is a prime example. Maybe they should leave?

Nope. 7-1 Ukrainians to Russians. The ukis are snatching combat age men off the streets to go die now. There are only a couple thousand ukis troops left in bakmut. They are wondering if they are going to surrender or try to escape. They should negotiate for peace before there are more dead.

Donbas is Eastern Ukraine and majority Ukrainians.

Under the minsk agreements Donbass was to be independent. Ukraine kept bombing them.

7-1

Russia must have been planning for a 15-1 ratio, hence why were in the 13th month of the war and why they’re still trying to take Bakhmut eight months in.

7-1…. So logical. :fool:
