ActionfigureJoe Posted January 21, 2023 Share Posted January 21, 2023 Speaker started to fail on the 13 Pro after 11 months. Dropped it off at 10am this morning. Almost 4 hours later I was informed that it couldn't be fixed. Something with the mother board. So they gave me a new phone. Can't these folks figure that out in less than 4 hours? With travel time it was a waste of a day. Last week I took it to Best Buy for a repair. They dx'd it having a blown speaker and needed to order parts. The only way they could order the part was if I had left it there for 5- 7 days while the part was being shipped. If the phone left their possession Apple wouldn't send them the part.
