Impressive.  184 stock all the way up to 275 on 114.   204 pump gas tune.  :fluffy:

If it lives at 200hp on a pump gas tune it will easily be the best sled ever built to this point.

Well… it’s Polaris. Hopefully it lives at all.

Let’s not forget that DTR dyno reads very happy numbers compared to other dynos operated by competent professionals.

Not on everything.

Regular 850 is what HP stock?  High 160's? or does it get to 170hp?

Mid to upper 160's is where I see most reports at.

The 15 hp over stock isn't that much considering a turbo.   But the big twins have a hard time pumping enough air on long hard pulls and why they can seem to fall off some.   The turbo pushing in the air will take care of that.   They likely will pull harder on top than the 15 hp gain indicates.

That's a lot of money for an extra 15 - 20 hp.  Don't you think?

See edit.

Absolutely is a ton of money but stock sucks and dollar for dollar not a cheaper way to increase power than boosting a stock turbo.

Only twins that truly had legs were the Mach 1000 and CFR’s

I can understand that.  I guess time will tell.  Keeping this motor from getting heat soaked may start to be an issue.  Of course getting rid of heat always seems to be the issue with these new twins.

Sort of you are still not done though . If you want the power of a aftermarket turbo set up you will still be spending . And let's be honest if you are buying the boost you are already planning on making it faster

A person has to really enjoy riding to spend that kind of cash on a sled. Damn.

I am a person who puts 5k+ miles per year on - and man, $22k+ sleds?  I think I'll keep the three I have for now and keep them fresh.  I don't need to be the first one across the lake.

Someday I'm sure I'll need a newer sled - like everything in the Big Boy Toy world, and beyond, prices have gotten insane.

Its to each their own.   Ride what you want and enjoy it.   I enjoy the acceleration of the turbo's.   If it puts a smile on my face I really couldn't care if it was a 600 or what anyone else thinks.   Some of my biggest smiles are on my old triple/quads.  :bc:

The Vmax 4 is a blast too but man that thing is a beast.   Between the throttle pull and weight I'm not sure how guys more than bar hopped those things. :lmao:
