They're just randomly catching on fire from the water damage......... Yep E.V.'s are the way of the future... https://www.goodmorningamerica.com/news/video/florida-warns-hurricane-damaged-electric-vehicles-91727543 Edited October 19, 2022 by Jerry 976

D'oh Yep, lots of stories like that, even up here in Canada, where if they are towed, many towing companies don't want to impound them on their lots. One story that I posted said the firemen spent 24 hrs dealing with it and finally resorted to digging a hole in the ground and filling it with water to submerge the EV. Imagine how much taxes are going to increase for everyone when firemen and policeman have to spend 24 hrs at one vehicle fire? https://www.cbsnews.com/video/tesla-catches-fire-weeks-after-being-totaled/ Edited October 19, 2022 by irv
Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted October 19, 2022 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted October 19, 2022 We need the govt to step in and exempt all green vehicles from any liability! I wouldn't get my kids one of the 2 wheel stand on hoverboards because they were catching fire back then.
