racinfarmer
In Iowa, do they sell vehicles with turn signals and cruise control, or are those outlawed? If those features are legal on vehicles in Iowa, do they teach the use of them in your driver's ed? Is there a day long class on left lane camping at 5-10mph below the speed limit in driver's ed?

Rod
I'm quite confident that all minivans have a 55 mph speed limiter

Mostly old farmers......they find their use optional or don't use them until already well into their turn. Besides the farmers our old folk love their Sunday drives....most of them find it optional up to the turn as well. I-29 and I-35 north to south, the roads around Des Moines/Knoxville, etc. Young people, old people, black plates, yellow plates, normal plates, custom plates - it doesn't matter!
