Have you ever been to a gun show?

95% of gun sales at gun shows are by licensed dealers and they must and do run background checks.

The non dealers who are selling guns are breaking the law. A law the ATF chooses to ignore

Not in every state. Texas is a state that allows it.

Have you ever been to a gun show? There's like a dozen cops there. Retard.

More than a dozen. You left out the ones in the parking lot selling guns from the evidence locker.

In NH we can sell a gun privately....if you are a felon, you would be breaking the law buying or possessing a weapon. No gun show needed...

It is against federal law to sell a gun to anyone you have not known for a minimum of 5 yrs.

I don't believe that's true...private sales happen all the time in Maine and NH

Of course they happen .

So dont cocaine sales

But with private gun sales no one cares because they know no one is looking for them.

Actually this is not a law if selling to a person who has a CCL

I still believe you can sell privately up to the point where the state defines you as in the business of selling guns...constitutional carry implies the right to possess.  All you need is valid I.D of a state resident.

I've been looking at the statute,  I cant find anything that would prohibit this. If you have a link I would like to read it.

I had never heard that one either and I don’t think it’s correct

New Hampshire law also permits the private selling of firearms without record-keeping requirements. New Hampshire Law does not regulate the private sale of rifles and shotguns, other than to say you cannot sell any firearm to a felon RSA 159:7. For pistols, an unlicensed seller may only sell a handgun to someone who is “personally known to him.”

A New Hampshire attorney can answer specific questions regarding possession, purchasing, selling, and the legal use of firearms.
