Federal Judge Crushes Joe Biden, Confirms TRUMP WAS RIGHT!

Once Title 42 was repealed, the Biden administration planned to flood the nation with illegals. It’s my opinion that deleting Title 42 is the appropriate thing to do since COVID is no longer a danger, but the Biden administration will exploit it to free as many illegal immigrants as possible into the US. And the government admits that removing Title 42 would exacerbate the already crowded southern border. So why do it now? Some assume it’s because the midterm elections are coming up and the Democrats want illegals to vote.

The policy was implemented to prevent illegal immigrants with COVID from entering the nation and to let the government deport them swiftly to safeguard public health.

So, relief for the nation Joe Biden has shown he doesn’t care about. Unable to remove Title 42 on May 23, the Biden administration was briefly halted by a federal

We can only hope that this verdict will postpone the invasion Homeland Security warned us about. It is a big triumph for the three states who filed the case earlier this month.

On Monday, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt tweeted, “Our Office just got a temporary restraining order to preserve Title 42 in place.” A major win for border security, yet the battle rages on.

“We thank the court for granting our motion for a temporary restraining order to preserve Title 42,” said Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich. The Biden administration cannot continue to flout the law and administrative procedures.”

Despite the opposition of 21 states and their sensible reasons, the radical Biden administration was going to go through.

The complaint was filed in the Western District of Louisiana. He ordered the DOJ and the states who sued to figure out the policy specifics.

The Trump administration implemented the policy in March 2020, requiring border patrol officials to turn away unlawful border crossers immediately upon landing in the US. It also halted asylum seekers at lawful entrance points. Most asylum claims were false since there were no conflicts in their countries of origin and they were not being persecuted by their governments for legitimate reasons. The asylum request was a legal ruse advised by attorneys to migrants caught crossing the border illegally.

The policy was originally for 60 days but was extended for two years. The measure turned away over 2 million illegals. Since Joe Biden’s inauguration, the Biden government has let in about that many illegals.

It’s all a Democrat game. For certain single people eligible for removal who would ordinarily be expelled under Title 42, DHS has begun using accelerated removal in recent weeks, according to court filings filed on April 22. The extreme leftist Biden administration did this because under “expedited removal procedures” illegal aliens may seek asylum to escape deportation.

On April 1, the Biden administration said it was lifting the ban after 14 months of criticism from immigration supporters (make that illegal immigration advocate) who claimed it unjustly penalized asylum seekers. They are not refugees since many asylum claims would be denied without government intervention. When did the US government yield to foreigner advocates?

Many politicians from both parties fear that deleting Title 42 would encourage more immigrants to try to enter our southern border illegally, worsening the issue that Joe Biden started when he took office.

According to the lawsuit, the sudden removal of the single safety valve kept this Administration’s terrible border policy from devolving into utter chaos and tragedy.

Breaking News! Democrat Indicted on 82 Counts of Voter Fraud!

Trey Adkins, the Democratic candidate for county supervisor, was taken into custody and is now facing 82 charges, the most of which are related to voting fraud. It is alleged that he committed election fraud, absentee voting procedural violations, 11 counts of forgery of public records, and 3 counts of conspiracy to make a false statement, which resulted in his being charged with a total of 34 counts of making a false statement.

According to reports on LawOfficer.com:

A county supervisor in Virginia has been charged with dozens of counts of voter fraud in connection with a case in which prosecutors allege he went to the homes of voters carrying absentee ballot applications and ballots in order to ensure he would have their vote. The allegations were made in a case in which the supervisor is accused of committing voter fraud.

Trey Adkins, who serves as the Knox District Supervisor for Buchanan County, was reportedly charged by a grand jury on 82 counts of criminal misconduct.

These accusations include, among others, 11 counts of absentee voting procedural breaches, 11 counts of forgery of a public document, 34 counts of making a false statement in relation to election fraud, and 3 counts of conspiracy to make a false statement in relation to election fraud.

Sherry Lynn Bailey, who is Adkins’ aunt and is included in the indictment, is said to have also participated in the plan, according to a report by WND. Bailey is accused of making false statements on many counts, including election fraud, conspiracy, and forgery of a public document.

Over the course of more than two years, Adkins was the subject of an investigation by the Virginia State Police. The authorities said that there would not be much more information that they could provide prior to the trial.

Adkins acknowledges the allegations that have been made against him:

According to a story in Western Journal, Adkins was charged with embezzlement:

According to the records kept by the Virginia Department of Elections, Adkins was the first person to be elected to a seat on the five-person Buchanan County Board of Supervisors.

The accusations that led to the charges of embezzlement against Adkins are that he used his own construction firm to sell gravel that belonged to the county to private persons.

People often say that voting has repercussions, and this will certainly be the case with the elections in Virginia in 2021. They just elected a Republican for the position of Attorney General and Governor. You may rest easy knowing that he would have never set foot inside of a courtroom if the Democrats had been victorious in the elections. They were aware of what he had done over a period of two years. As a consequence of this, his offenses went unpunished since he was campaigning for Biden at the time.

But things have changed in Virginia, and officials there are determined to rid the state of its culture of corruption. I have a feeling that they will push for a lengthy jail sentence in order to deter future instances of vote harvesting. It’s possible that I’m incorrect, but I wouldn’t put the mortgage on it.

Pair of Pennsylvania GOP staffers fired after mail-in ballot operation: Report

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/pair-of-pennsylvania-gop-staffers-fired-after-mail-in-ballot-operation-report?_amp=true

Fired as opposed to cheered like the leftists do?

After he has made such a spectacle of himself in professing that voter protection laws are unnecessary, it was unsettling for Al Sharpton to publicly hug a convicted perpetrator of vote fraud at a public event.

Yet, there was Sharpton — hugging Melowese Richardson on March 20.

At a rally promoting a referendum to amend the Ohio state constitution to make it easier to register to vote, expand valid identification and guaranteed early voting, he didn’t run away from Richardson, who recently served eight months behind bars for voting multiple times. She effectively stole the votes of innocent, law-abiding Americans.

Have you no shame, Reverend Al?!

The case against Melowese Richardson couldn’t be more open and shut. She admitted to vote fraud on a local Cincinnati television broadcast. “Yes, I voted twice,” she declared on WCPO-TV in February of 2013. The longtime poll worker, who originally voted by absentee ballot, was afraid it might have been mailed too late. So she voted again on Election Day.

Richardson also “absolutely voted an absentee ballot” for her granddaughter. When the granddaughter was found to have voted twice, Richardson speculated that the granddaughter forgot grandma already voted for her. Then there was Montez Richardson, her sister. Richardson voted for her sister, although her sister has been in a coma since 2003.

Richardson claimed what she did resulted in “absolutely legal votes” and said at the time she would fight the allegations against her as part of an apparently larger struggle “for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as President of the United States.”

Richardson ended up pleading no contest to vote fraud and was sentenced to five years in prison. The plea deal contained her admission that she voted on behalf of her comatose sister in 2008, 2011 and 2012.

When Richardson went to prison, Sharpton’s National Action Network knew her case. They didn’t condemn her actions, but protested her punishment. NAN’s Greater Cincinnati Chapter issued a statement saying it was “deeply concerned and frankly appalled” by the judge’s sentence.

NAN claimed Richardson was “being used as a pawn in a political game to attempt to further the agenda of those who are trying to enact voter suppression legislation through the use of false hysteria around unproven and non-existent mass voter fraud.”

But the NAN statement also notes there were three cases of known voter fraud in Hamilton County, Ohio during the 2012 election. The problem, as NAN saw it, was that only Richardson was sentenced to prison (for four counts of fraud) while the other two cases (one count each) resulted in lesser punishment. And the other two offenders are white while Richardson is black.

The Ohio Justice and Policy Center successfully appealed the sentence, claiming Richardson suffers from bipolar disorder — a never-before-mentioned complication. Her sentence was subsequently reduced to five years probation.

About a week after her release, Richardson was on the stage at the voting rights rally and getting a hug from Al Sharpton.

Naturally, county Republicans criticized the Richardson’s inclusion at the event. But Hamilton County Democratic Party Chairman Tim Burke also called it “particularly problematic.” Bobby Hilton, the president of NAN’s Greater Cincinnati Chapter, in desperate spin mode, tried to deflect the bipartisan outrage by telling the Cincinnati Enquirer: “We did not celebrate or applaud a convicted felon. We congratulated a lady with health issues coming home to take care of her sick sister.”

If that’s true, isn’t there a health care event at which Richardson could be celebrated?

To even acknowledge someone convicted of vote fraud among the crowd at such an event is unseemly. Bringing that person up to share the stage with distinguished guests — and for one of the leading critics of polling place protections to hug them — is just plain wrong.

In January, on his “PoliticsNation” program on MSNBC, Sharpton likened voter ID to a poll tax and claimed its supporters “have not been able to come up with any widespread fraud in any of the states that are passing these laws.”

To the contrary, Al, you’ve embraced the problem.
