Your "small town" had a movie theatre?  Lucky!  We just had a Hardee's.

We "had" a movie theater and a Hardee's.  I saw E.T. in 1984.  Theater closed by 1990 and Hardee's closed in 1998.

I actually worked in a small 2 cinema theater as a teenager in the late 70s.  Bet I saw "The Holy Grail" and "Blazing Saddles" about 100 times just hanging out at the back of the theater leaning on the wall.

Yeah, we all worked there and got to use the lifts after hours.  Did my first solo transmission exchange there.

I remember Moto going there for that Chris Craft.  I think I remember the lower unit(s) were totally fucked on his boat.  Run aground or something.

Yes.  I lived in Brooklyn Park for 2 years during tech school, then back to TH ever since.

I always liked that town.  Cool and small but has everything you need.  New medical and schools too.

Yuh...St. Louis county and the wielding powers in Duluth can have that absolute nonsense.  It’s like putting children in charge of a checkbook down there.

So much has changed in that town...but some things just stayed the same.

Like the 8 block long pollbarn . But honestly if you have to live in the metro there is no other part of town to be in imho
