Well, then they should be able to continue with anything regarding the keystone xl.  Or does texas have to follow federal guidelines regarding that?  LOL.  Keep grasping.

You’re the only one grasping here...Texas is currently fucked and people are freezing to death because THEIR power grid failed.

Gonna start any more threads about Texas and their windmills?

It's not only the windmills that were not winterized, it the water pumps that are needed for natural gas an oil extration along with the water pumps that are needed to operate a nuclear reactor that are not winterized.

In life you're supposed to prepare for the worst and hope for the best, in Texas it's apparent they prepared for the least and probably prayed for the best.

FTR, Texas by choice is the only state in the union that's not tied into the electrical grid, and that was entirely by there choice :thumb:

ERCOT has three ties to Mexico and — as an outcome of the “Midnight Connection” battle — it also has two ties to the eastern U.S. grid, though they do not trigger federal regulation for ERCOT. All can move power commercially as well as be used in emergencies, according to ERCOT spokeswoman Dottie Roark.

Texas and it’s decision to not winterize will cost everyone more in higher gasoline and NG gas prices as refineries and distribution depots close. Dummies.

Oh, is that the new talking point for the reason gas prices are rising.   LOL.  You continue with the deception.

They did go up 10 more cents here yesterday.  It's a part of it for sure.

Oh, they will be pushing this hard.  They don't want to place any blame on biden or dem policies.

20% of the US refining capacity is shut down.  It’s fine though cause people need to start paying the true cost for gas the oil companies are going broke and would go under if prices didn’t go up.

You really are a broken record and a mind numbingly stupid one at that.
