Leaps and bounds better than our Minnesota AG anyways.

Literal light years better than Sessions or Barr

He could’ve done a lot worse

Garlands deference yo law enforcement is somewhat troublesome for me but the opinions I read were pretty narrow and somewhat cut and dry.

Hey, I thought you left your liberal politics back in Duluth? What the hell is happening down there?

Train wreck down here.  Right now, hundreds of thousands of ballots are skipping their way out of sight....never to be seen again.

Can't complain, I don't expect he'll be a water boy like Eric Holder was.

One can hope so.  Otherwise, we dodged a bullet on a lifetime appointment to the SC.  Guess we will see what he is really like now that he is a politician without the robe.

I get that feeling too although the cases that were brought regarding Miranda and Habeas etc were narrow in scope and somewhat cut and dry. I hope as some of the larger more existential questions arise from vast complex cases he moderates on his apparent deference to govt and LE

True.   Many case people simply don't understand that the ruling has nothing to do with anything but procedural issues.   Doesn't stop them from flying off the handle not understanding that fact.
