Fauci early on said masks can make people touch their face more fiddling with it causing an increased chance of infection. How thick is the mask you are wearing? That’s funny because I have been critical of the WHO since the beginning of this whole thing and I actually have an N95 that was kicking around the shop so I use that...you do whatever you want...IDGAF.
