That’s the scary part of having to be licensed by any government entity. The “lock downs”, “stay at home”, and “no gatherings“ orders are not legal and are directly against the Constitution Bill of Rights. They are also not enforceable in any manner because of this. But.. does the governor have the authority to issue emergency actions under the executive order priviledge according to the state constitution especially under a federally issued executive order of National state of emergency? Yes, but those “executive actions” cannot violate the citizens Bill of Rights unless voted on by the entire assembly and even then, only in times of war. This isn’t one of those times. These orders that are being given depend on voluntary acceptance. They got that...for some time. But now, it’s fading and what we are seeing is more divide between the ones that are scared and truth the government to protect them (liberals) and, the ones that aren’t scared and don’t trust the government (righties).
