I’m sure his supporters can’t wait for the President to set the record straight and face his accusers. Then he’ll have everything he asked for. Open hearings and a chance to face his accusers. So the "whistle blower" will be there??

It’s the law. Congress has requested Trumps returns and his minion at the treasury has refused. Congress has the legal right to request any Americans tax returns. As is normally the case with Schiff, it was all a big lie. Either that or he woke up to the fact that this guy was going to get cross examined whether Schiff wanted him to or not. Platinum Contributing Member steve from amherst Posted November 18, 2019 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted November 18, 2019 The whistleblower act was never intended to protect ones identity. It was to protect their job.
Carlos Danger
I think Schiff should testify before Trump. Let's see how pencil neck answers some straight forward questions under oath.

bussman
Can we skip past this entire charade and get to the time where all traitors and people guilty of sedition regardless of affiliation are executed please? And after that drop a nuke on CIA headquarters and eliminate that group of sick fucks for eternity. How about any single person that tells us how to act and feel and wants to rule over other men go fuck themselves. Thanks. 2

"Hey, there is something wrong with the call Trump made to the Ukraine" Then Trump releases a modified version of the call which he had hidden. Weird that Republicans thought it was worth the President testifying about a BJ but not about the reasons for withholding aid to a country under Russian attack. Specially when Trump and Gulliani have already admitted it. Then denied it.

He was just warming up. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/12/14/opinion/sunday/trump-lies-obama-who-is-worse.html Both presidents have told lies. But one seems to have told more lies than the other. Politifact reports that 15% of the statements by Donald Trump that it evaluated qualified as “pants on fire” level lies. Conversely, the publication found that just 2% of the Barack Obama statements that it fact-checked qualified as “pants on fire” lies. For both presidents, that’s only the lies that Politifact found were “pants on fire” false, not including statements that were just “false,” even “mostly false,” or only “half true.” Similarly, The New York Times catalogued the lies told by Barack Obama and Donald Trump. “We applied the same conservative standard to Obama and Trump, counting only demonstrably and substantially false statements,” the Times noted. The result? The Times found that Trump often says “whatever helps him make the case he’s trying to make. In his first 10 months in office, he has told 103 separate untruths, many of them repeatedly. Obama told 18 over his entire eight-year tenure. That’s an average of about two a year for Obama and about 124 a year for Trump.”
