I never hope for a collapse....this is just a warning I would heed.

I don't buy that for a second.  You have the same feelings as Bill Maher on this.....just admit it.

Not a chance you don't think some economic hardship wouldn't be worth causing a Trump loss in 2020.....your daily rants on here about him are proof.

Go with what you think you know boys. The money guys I have known for decades agree the tariffs will have a huge negative effect on the market. But hey what do they know right.

you know where the ducks are quacking.  not sure you actualy know what they are quacking about . but you repeatedly typed a fine impersonation of them doing there thing.

MC, with all do respect if these guys actually knew what they were doing, they wouldn't have to pull clients money out of the markets to more preservation strategies when they get older.   Or more likely had it there from the get go.

You are much more at ease with the market, than I am.

I'm a pessimistic worry-wart.

:dunno:

You can find doom and gloom forecasts like this everyday. And you’ll also find the opposite coming from others. Take it with a grain of salt...

I'm certainly not wishing financial hardship on anyone. I just believe the economy has peaked....the market is overpriced and there is an imminent recession looming somewhere

I think it's because if it tanks again, I don't wanna' wait another 10 years for a recovery. I hope it doesn't.

A recession will occur at some point it's a matter of how deep.

I have zero concern and still a ways from calling it quits.

If you are over 65 and can't take a good correction, then what are you doing in equities?

Greed. When it goes up, I like coming in at the and of the day of walking around in ratty clothes, after mowing grass and doing stupid yard-work, and seeing that I made numerous dollars. :bc:
