Sign on and retention bonuses, housing allowance, increase retirement employer funding, relocation incentives. Put on apprentices and pay for their trainers by up to the required journeyman apprentice ratio.... you have to be licensed to be a laborer where you are from???? Asbestos and lead workers have to be certified and licensed in Illinois. We do work all over Illinois and Indiana and once you get 60 miles out of chicago these guys cant even get out of their own way.
