I'm not saying abuse them emotionally but teaching someone to laugh at themselves from time to time is healthy. Teach kids to fail gracefully......its something to learn from not to be ashamed of. I could go on for days but what it boils down to is you get out what you put in .......invest some time in your kids. Enough of the fucking TV or now the electronics being the babysitter for 15 years. Parents that take an active role in their kids .... Well said. We have a major shortage of high skill individuals in this country and allowing the best and brightest and most educated immigrants to come here and work is a good thing overall. There should be some safeguards in place to make sure the Visa holders arent displacing american workers.
