Zambroski
It is a good point. I like the idea of multiple options for spring check. Hell, if it isn’t built yet, why not?

Anler
Ha! dont hold your breath. The green runs deep there. Buss needs to read that tho, they could end up making a documentary about him "The last Arctic Cat buyer" His place will be like one of those Cuban auto shops that scraps parts off of old junk and refurbishes it for other vehicles..

I think it’s time to let consumers pick some fucking colors and other items from the factory.

Well, it might a bit but we’re getting to a price point that it is still profitable. 3 or 4 choices in colors and a few shock options and bits and pieces just makes sense. Especially since the flagships are not much more than the base models with BNG’s and fancy shocks anymore. Lame.

Colors, tracks, shocks and all accessories. Its not rocket science. Plus its a good data tool for what consumers are wanting. 1

Yeah, but most spending $13k already would probably pay $14k for a custom experience. If you already are taking it, might as well take another inch. I think we’re gonna see regional type dealers with a couple of demo sleds on the floor but it will be a catalog type purchase with options. 5 minutes ago, Nazipigdog said: They make a shit ton off of the accessories. But the Oem’s can’t offer too much from the factory or else they start stiffing their dealers of accessory and part profits.

Make car components and just have sample models at dealerships. You order your car with the options you want, it gets put together and your car is delivered in 1 or 2 weeks. . The thing working against the dealers is they want to close the deal and get you to drive the car home. Last thing they want is for you to go home and think about or shop around after the fact.
